This Cert III On Country qualification provides a vocational outcome required for an Indigenous land worker operating within Aboriginal Communities, following Community protocols and using a mix of traditional and contemporary land management strategies. 

Cert III On Country and Cert III Indigenous Land Management are essentially the same.  Both certifications focus on equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge to manage and conserve natural and cultural resources on Aboriginal lands, incorporating both traditional and contemporary land management practices.

The Cert III On Country course provides a vocational outcome required for an Indigenous land worker operating within Aboriginal Communities, following Community protocols and using a mix of traditional and contemporary land management strategies. 

This qualification blends traditional community protocols with modern conservation strategies—empowering you to manage Country respectfully and effectively within Aboriginal communities.

• Nationally recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF Level 3).
• No licensing or legislative constraints, making it accessible and practical
• No formal entry requirements, ensuring inclusivity for all aspirants
• Taught by industry-experienced trainers, with bespoke delivery available to meet individual needs (subject to provider specifications).

Graduates are equipped for hands-on roles such as:

• Indigenous Land Worker – Care for cultural heritage, land, and ecosystems.
• Support roles in ecological restoration, conservation, heritage site management, or wildfire response teams.

This nationally endorsed qualification is an excellent foundation for advancing into environmental management, conservation sectors, and community-led land initiatives.
